Agentic Commerce Scanner: Can an AI agent shop in your store?
More and more buyers let ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity search, compare and recommend products. AI agents prefer stores whose data they can read and process reliably. Other stores are passed over, even when their offer is better.
The scanner shows you in about a minute how well your store is prepared and where you are losing revenue.
Check your store now
Enter your store address. You immediately see the overall score, the individual areas and the three most important gaps. On request, you receive the full analysis as a PDF by email.
What an AI agent needs to find in your store.
More than 30 checks in eight areas. Each area answers a question an AI agent asks before it recommends your store.
Access for AI systems
Is an agent allowed to read your store at all, or do robots.txt, bot protection or a firewall block it?
Structured data
Does it clearly recognise product, price, availability and reviews via Schema.org?
Product data
Does it find complete attributes, GTIN and variants to compare your product with others?
Readable pages
Is the important content in the source code, or does it only appear after JavaScript runs?
Feeds and interfaces
Are there sitemaps, a product feed and llms.txt that let it capture your full range?
Prices, shipping and returns
Can it work out total price, delivery time and return conditions without guessing?
Checkout
Can an agent get all the way to the order, with guest checkout and common payment methods?
Trust
Does it find legal notice, contact details, reviews and a secure connection that identify your store as a reputable retailer?
The recommendation is made before the customer sees your store.
In classic search, customers decide for themselves which of ten results to open. An AI assistant, by contrast, names two or three stores, and an AI agent may simply order from the first one. If you are missing from that shortlist, you get no visit and never learn there was a chance.
Whether your store makes the shortlist depends less on design or ad budget than on technology and data. That is exactly what the scanner checks. Most gaps can be closed in Shopware and Shopify with manageable effort, once you know where they are.

Frequently asked questions about the Agentic Commerce Scanner.
Agentic commerce means that AI agents search, compare and order products on behalf of a buyer. The buyer only sets the goal, for example “running shoes under 150 euros, delivered by Friday”. The agent does the rest, and it chooses the stores whose data it can read reliably.
The scanner measures how well an AI agent can read and understand your store and use it all the way to purchase. It runs more than 30 checks in eight areas, from access and structured data to checkout and trust, and combines them into a score from 0 to 100.
Yes, the scan and the short result are free and require no sign-up. For the full analysis as a PDF, all you need is your email address.
No, the scanner checks any online store and regular websites too. The recommendations in the full analysis are particularly specific for Shopware and Shopify, because arboro works exclusively with these two systems.
Your store blocks automated requests, is password-protected or was not reachable. That in itself is an important finding: what the scanner cannot read, an AI agent often cannot read either. With the full analysis, the team checks your store anyway.
Each store can be scanned anew once every 24 hours. Within that time you see the most recent result. This lets you check changes directly the next day.
The scanner only reads publicly accessible pages of your store, just as an AI agent does. Your email address is only used to send the analysis; you only receive the newsletter if you explicitly select it.
The full analysis names the specific implementation step for each gap. Your store agency can implement much of it directly. If you would like support, the arboro team takes care of analysis, implementation and ongoing optimisation as part of GEO, even if your store agency stays.
You have your result. What now?
A score alone does not bring in revenue. In an initial call, you discuss with an expert which gaps cost your store the most and how quickly they can be closed.
